The material of Product are 100% genuine 201, 304 or 316 stainless steel. Among them, 304 stainless steel is our mainly used and has passed the SGS test. We can choose the material according to your needs.

We can make new molds for you if the product is too complex. In case of we are unable to manufacture, we are still confident that Xiangsheng has 12 years of experience in the industry, we have far more resources than others, and we can help you find the corresponding manufacturer.

You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 30% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer OA credit.

If we have the product in stock, we can usually ship it within 7-10 days. If custom product is needed, it will take us 20-35 days depending on the quantity. If there are special cases, we can coordinate with you to make the product within the requested time.

Of course, You can arrange for third-party inspection or come visit our factory in person. Our factory is 1.5 hours drive from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and we can arrange to pick you up. If you need to wait due to the epidemic. We support using video for online factory inspection.

Yes. But this doesn't happen often. So if there are quality complaints, please take pictures and point them out to us. Our consultant will reply to you within 24 hours. And after the evaluate with production team, we will refund you if it is confirmed that the quality problem is caused by our factory.
